Bingo prizes laid out on a table

On November 24th Launcells Parish Hall was filled with over 70 neighbours, family and friends from inside and outside the Parish to enjoy another fun evening of festive bingo. Yet again the Launcells Parish Hall Committee had decorated the hall beautifully and the tables were set with festive nibbles, with mince pies, tea, coffee and biscuits being served at half time. There was a huge selection of prizes to be won for lines or full houses and also a £40 Morrisons voucher for the flyer game and a huge hamper (worth over £40) for the winner of the Irish (where everybody stands up and when a number on your ticket is called you sit down, the winner being the last person standing). There was also a raffle with a varied selection of prizes to choose from. Many thanks to the Hall Committee for their hard work in organising the event and purchasing all the prizes and refreshments and to Colin Cholwill, our caller for the evening.
