Launcells Christmas Community Lunch

Once again the Launcells Parish Hall Committee excelled themselves at the Christmas lunch. The hall and tables were festively and beautifully decorated and we were treated to roast turkey and all the trimmings. The puddings had to be seen to be believed - Christmas pudding, trifle, mince pies, fruit salad and a variety of cheesecakes. There was a very good raffle. Well done and a very big thank you to the hall committee. It was a feat of organisation - 65 of us sat down to lunch and another 15 who couldn’t get there were taken lunch at their homes. We came away feeling that Christmas had begun.
