Bonfire and Fireworks Evening

After a rather windy and showery day, the evening of November 5th turned out to be near perfect for the bonfire and fireworks, with hardly any wind and no rain making it ideal for not only the fireworks but all those who came along to enjoy the evening.
Graham had purchased an excellent selection of fireworks thanks to the fundraising events held earlier in the year (Big Breakfast and Soup and Sweet) and the collection on the night, which raised £195. Thanks to Graham for organising the evening, to Brian for helping light the fire and the fireworks and to Caroline and Beryl for cooking and serving the hot dogs and soup, which were very popular and soon sold out.
